We have made the necessary investments in our Rockford facility to include fine-wire drawing capacity, straighten and cut equipment for bar products, a turks head machine for rolled sections, and a shaver for aircraft-quality, seam-free wire. Our state-of-the-art finewire drawing machines offer high speed and continuous laser gauging. Alloys are wet drawn with diamond dies, resulting in the highest luster finish available.
We have the ability to custom spool your materials. Take-ups are digitally controlled by computer, providing precise package weight/footage per customer request. Spools are available from 1lb. though 100 lbs. Coiling
